They will have an overiew discussion on bladder hot topics and all things related to your pelvic floor and how it works. They will test your knowledge, dispel common myths, discuss pelvic floor buzz words and hot topics, learn why this knowledge is so important and introduce the upcoming Empowered Pelvis workshop coming soon!
This class is geared towards anyone with a Vulva, but they will also have a class geared towards anyone with a penis on Sunday.
